The development of the children's artistic and cultural education is very much part of our overall Art, Drama & Literature programme. Visiting artists, performers and authors are a regular feature of this programme. The school's Art co-ordinator is Ms. Claire French who organises class trips to the various Art Galleries and in-school workshops for pupils and teachers run by Artzone. On a number of occasions the Parents' Association together with the teachers have organised and held exhibitions of the children's art work. The pieces of art work were displayed in the classrooms and could be purchased by the parents either framed or unframed. |
